-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ingredients:
  • 3 eggs room temperature
  • 4 TBS (56 grams) semi sweet chocolate chips + 1/4 cup melted coconut oil + 1 TBS agave/honey
  • 1 TBS cocoa powder
  • 1 TBS coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • Optional extra 2 TBS honey (these cake bites are not TOO sweet, so if you want more, I suggest the optional extra honey!)

Method:
  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • Grind a bunch of oats to a flour, then measure out 1/2 cup of the ground oat flour
  • Melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil and honey in the microwave and mix well, set to the side for 1 minute
  • Mix melted chocolate mix together with the eggs slowly, then add in dry ingredients and mix thoroughly
  • Pour into a small square pan and bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until a knife comes clean
  • You can also bake as cupcakes!

  1. Hi Josie!
I've fallen back into the rut of binging at night and it's really getting me down.
Up until december I was doing really well with working out and eating right and it was almost second nature. Then I stopped paying attention to what I was eating. I've been keeping up with workouts (insanity & P90x) since the gym on my campus closed but this past month I've been binging so much! I thought I had gotten a hold of this but apparently not and I can't seem to snap out of it.
It worries me too that I am not going into exams and they will also lead to stress eating.
I don't want to go into summer vacation with the worry of trying on bikinis for the beach but I have reached my highest weight yet :(
I just don't know what to do about it

  2. Hi Britt. II think you are struggling with the serious issue. You should consult a professional. Losing weight is an uphill task for most of the people. With proper guidance and training you will definitely achieved this.

  3. How long does it realistically take of clean eating with one cheat meal/week to see significant results? I've been at this for awhile but have struggled with clean eating all week but binge on weekend. But I'm moving forward and had a solid 3 weeks of clean eating, no binges. I don't feel any change. I just don't want to get discouraged. How long will it take before my body starts responding?

    1. that's impossible to tell :/ everyone responds differently to new changes. as long as you're eating to your goals, being active and working out, you should have progress within 6 weeks

    2. Okay thanks! I just need to reassure myself that if I stick to my meal plan, I WILL see progress! I have a habit of giving up because of lack of results. :(
